Reporting to the Regional Head in Internal Audit / AP and heading a regional AP team, the Director
– Internal Audit, will direct a comprehensive program of internal auditing on all phases of the Investment Banking operation
in accordance to Corporate directives. To strategize and conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to determine
the adequacy of the investment banking operation's systems of internal control and the degree of compliance with these controls;
the economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of financial, administrative and operational management; the degree of compliance
with corporate and legal requirements across the region. To carry out internal audit review for business operations
and making recommendations for improved controls, operating procedures, accounting records, and systems designs.
